Exchange or Return
We will exchange or refund, any item that has been purchased within 30 days from the day you receive your order. All returns require a return authorization no. (RA#). Customers should email us to receive that no, before shipping. Any shipment sent without that no, will not be accepted. No Returns will be accepted on “sale” items or custom orders. We do not refund shipping charges.
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination made. Please verify the product you are returning meets our inspection guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
- Items must be returned in original packaging;
- Items must be unused, unwashed and have no signs of wear or damage (except where items are defective or damaged upon receipt);
- In the event that a returned item does NOT meet these guidelines the product may be returned to you or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Shipping and Insurance
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Thai Triangle Cushion will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Taxes and duties already paid by the purchaser
Thai Triangle Cushion cannot credit taxes and duties back to customers who are returning items. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the reimbursement of such fees from the relevant authority.
Please complete the return form below with the date of your purchase, order number, a description of the item or items and the amount paid for the goods being returned. We will issue you with a return authorisation number (RA#) and guide you through the process.
