How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping rates are calculated on the weight of each item in your order. You can easily estimate how much your shipping charges will be by adding an item to the shopping cart, entering your country and post code then selecting “calculate” on the bottom left hand side of the page. The applet will then calculate the total cost and weight of each item in your basket and display the charges on the page.
We provide a customized service through a shipping agent for wholesalers, distributors and retail customers. Please contact us through the contact page for orders in excess of 10 items or 50 kgs in total weight.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally speaking your order will arrive 2 weeks to 2 months from the date payment is received or funds have reached our account. Total time is based on the time needed for payment clearance, order processing, transit by sea, customs clearance in your country and delivery to your local postal outlet.
For example, delivery to countries such as Japan which are closer to Thailand take only 2 weeks, countries in Europe around 1 month, and distant places such as Canada or America can take up to 2 months.
We do our best to estimate delivery dates and time as well as deploy a reliable carrier to shorten delivery times. However, delivery processes are not totally under our control and should be used as a general guide only.
What shipping company does Thai Triangle Cushion use?
Thailand Post is our preferred carrier meeting requirements in terms of cost, convenience and reliability. Items are shipped by sea and depending on your location will arrive at your local postal outlet 2 weeks to 2 months after leaving Thailand. Please contact us if you would like a faster or more direct delivery service.

All items are shipped from the companies address in northern Bangkok
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped you will be sent a tracking number via email. Go to the Thailand Post website http://track.thailandpost.co.th/trackinternet/Default.aspx?lang=en and enter your tracking number to check the status of your shipment
How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of being placed (unless it has already shipped). After that time, the standard return or exchange policy applies. If you ordered in error, or would like to make a change to your order, please contact us through the contact page with the original order number or reply to the confirmation email sent to you when you first placed your order.
Do I need to sign for my package?
For security reasons, most shipments will require a signature at the receiving location. Please note that re-delivery charges and/or return delivery charges could be charged accordingly depending on couriers’ policies. Any additional charges of this nature remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
